Shannon joined Metro Midlands in September 2018 having previously worked in customer service in the Financial Planning Industry.

As the first point of contact, Shannon's bright and bubbly personality make her a real asset to our business.

Shannon's outstanding customer service skills ensure that she always puts the needs of our clients first and will go above and beyond to provide exceptional support to both clients and the rest of the team.

She displays an enthusiasm to continue learning more about every aspect of the financial planning industry. Shannon's role includes reception, administrative tasks, maintaining the client data base and preparation of all documents for client appointments.

Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the weekends and together with partner Tom, they both love to get away and travel whenever they can.
