Our Private Client Service Offering is  designed for those clients with a complex or pro-active financial strategy that needs more than just a periodic review to get the best results 

Your account will be managed by one of our Principle Advisers, so you will benefit from the highest level of experience and wealth of knowledge. It is recommended for those clients who value an exclusive one-on-one relationship with their adviser and understand the importance of building and maintaining a long term plan.

Under this offering you will receive:

  • Review/Progress Meeting - Offer to attend a review meeting with Principle Adviser twice a year
  • Access to Principle Adviser - Unlimited
  • Access to MMFP support staff - Unlimited
  • Record of Advice - Where additional advice is provided within the scope of the original advice, and there have been no significant changes to your personal situation or investment strategy, we will produce a Record of Advice, supporting documentation and facilitate the implementation of the additional advice provided.
  • Portfolio Review Report - produced on request
  • Newsletter - quarterly by post
  • Client Update - monthly by email
  • Federal Budget Update - provided in May each year by email
  • Annual/Tax Reports - provided on request
  • Accountant Support - If requested, we will liase or meet with your accountant to discuss any implications or opportunities for your personal circumstances
  • Centrelink Schedules - produced on request
  • Insurance Claims - unlimited assistance with claims relating to current insurance policies written through our office
  • Assistance with the following services:

Active Client

Our Active Client Service Offering is designed for those clients with a detailed or pro-active financial strategy that require annual periodic reviews to get the best results.

Your account will be managed by one of our Principle Advisers, so you will benefit from the highest level of experience and wealth of knowledge. It is designed to include all of the usual assistance you may require, year in year out, to make your financial life easier while taking advantage of any new opportunities that may suit you.

Under this offering you will receive:

  • Review/Progress Meeting - Offer to attend a review meeting with Principle Adviser annually
  • Access to Principle Adviser - Limited via phone & email to an adviser available at the time.  Additional charges may apply for any face-to-face meeting in addition to the annual review
  • Access to MMFP support staff - Unlimited
  • Record of Advice - Where additional advice is provided within the scope of the original advice, and there have been no significant changes to your personal situation or investment strategy, we will produce a Record of Advice, supporting documentation and facilitate the implementation of the additional advice provided.

Passive Client

Our Passive Client Service Offering is designed for those clients with a relatively simple financial strategy that require annual periodic reviews to get the best results.

Your account will be reviewed by one of our Associate Advisers, under instruction from our Principle Advisers, so you will benefit from the highest level of experience and wealth of knowledge.

We want you to live more and worry less. You don’t want to be bothered with unnecessary information or questions, so unless your situation changes, we will review your portfolio on an annual basis and provide recommendations if required.

Under this offering you will receive:

  • Review/Progress Meeting - Offer to attend a review meeting with Principle Adviser annually
  • Access to Principle Adviser - Limited via phone & email to an adviser available at the time.  Additional charges may apply for any face-to-face meeting in addition to the annual review
  • Access to MMFP support staff - Limited
  • Record of Advice - Where additional advice is provided within the scope of the original advice, and there have been no significant changes to your personal situation or investment strategy, we will produce a Record of Advice, supporting documentation and facilitate the implementation of the additional advice provided.
  • Portfolio Review Report - produced when attending an annual face-to-face review meeting
  • Newsletter - quarterly by email
  • Federal Budget Update - provided in May each year by email
  • Insurance Claims - assistance with claims relating to current insurance policies written through our office will be limited to 2 hours per policy
  • Assistance with the following services:

Duty Of Care Client

Our Duty of Care Client Service Offering is designed for those clients who require assistance in the establishment of financial services with limited ongoing advice. They will prefer to pay on a ‘fee for service’ basis per transaction at a set pre-determined cost, together with an annual minimum fee.

Your account will be reviewed by one of our Associate Advisers, under instruction from our Principle Advisers, so you will benefit from the highest level of experience and wealth of knowledge.

Under this offering you will receive:

  • Review/Progress Meeting - Offer to attend a review meeting annually.  Face-to-face meetings will incur an additional cost at the advisers discretion
  • Access to MMFP support staff - Limited
  • Portfolio Review Report - produced annually on request and emailed; limited to one per year
  • Newsletter - quarterly by email
  • Federal Budget Update - provided in May each year by email

Access to other services are available and would be charged at a set pre-determined cost.

Fee For Service Client

A Fee for Service option is designed for those clients who require assistance in the establishment of financial services/products with NO ongoing advice. They will prefer to pay on a ‘fee for service’ basis per transaction at a set pre-determined cost, as and when they require assistance.

Services provided will be determined and priced in advance.
